This is one of the only centres of excellence in Europe offering a full range of latest research, education, training and consultancy geared to the needs of voluntary sector managers and leaders. The course is taught on a part-time basis and is taught over a period of twelve months.

If you are not a native English speaker but have been working in the UK for the last three years it is unlikely you will need to take the test. The course takes five weeks if you study for 4 hours per week. Topics include cultural differences, communication, motivation, and more.

This module aims to develop management skills and a critical theoretical approach to the topic of NGO management through readings, examples and practical exercises.
