Since Blizzard announced a restriction on 25 people's raids in Mists of Pandaria , more and more players are turning to Looking For Raid system. Yet to gear up for Looking For Raid system is still critical.
Let's see the raids in Mists of Pandaria. This LFR system is the step right before accessing normal raids. Generally speaking, your character's items should be at ilvl for queuing in front, such as Mogu'shan Vaults and the Vaults of Mysteries. These two raids are split from one raid.
After the basic raids, you will need average items at ilvl for going further. Here you should understand that item level is different from Gear score. Item level takes into count the item level of all of your equipped gear and then divides it by 15 or GearScore calculates the item's weight against your specialization and counts enchants and gems, giving a better overall view of your gear.
Blizzard uses average ilvl as a gate for LFR content instead of Gear score, though it is not a perfect judging method, they can make sure that players at least have some gear for their raids. Quilen Statuette , from Archaeology, can be upgraded to ilvl and is BoA. Zen Alchemist Stone can also be upgraded and is from Alchemy. Astrylian's Cheerful Charm , BoE world drop.
Gerp's Perfect Arrow is a BoE drop. Spear of Xuen for Druids: from Archaeology and can be upgraded to Hood of Alchemical Vapors is cloth but the best option. No leather helms have meta sockets. Enokian Growth Shoulderguards is the best leather option, but the cloth Orb-Bound Shoulders are better. Chestguard of the Solicitious Pandaren , BoE world drop. Bracers of Rolling Fields , BoE world drop.
There are also cloth options from the same rares Yakwasher's Bracers and Mountain Trailblazer's Cuffs , but this is less important as Bracers of Rolling Fields is 20 levels higher. MoP gems work in both belts. Core of Decency is a good healing trinket, but otherwise, you'd want some heroic Dragon Soul trinkets.

Comment by lordlundar There's full sets of healing and tanking plate in the craftables that you're omitting which is well above the minimum for heroics. Each piece is and suitable for tanking or healing. And you know whats going to happen instead? I'll tell you what's going to happen. You will give the warlocks the appropriate listing in the proper format and show the proper respect that is due to the superior casting class.
